We will provide you with a full refund in the same way you are used to paying, the cost of the refund will be taken from the original payment (25 EUR). We ask that the goods be returned clean, unworn and have all their tags.  

We offer standard shipping within the European Union and Italy (€12 / free for orders over €100):
We will deliver your package within 4-6 business days, excluding customs clearance time. During the high season, delivery may take a little longer. Please note that TANINATALIA is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your package is being held at customs.
